At M.O.B.C., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame: You may return items with manufacturing defects, incorrect printing, or a wrong item being sent, within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Products that are damaged or altered in any way after delivery will not be accepted.

Return Process

Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

Domestic Orders: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will provide a prepaid return label. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties or taxes incurred.

Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.
Refunds, Replacement, or Store credit

Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund or if the return is eligible for replacement or store credit.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
